I've yet to see this, but I've also yet to try the new multi-select mode either, which is probably the key.

After installing the latest reAccess and reaper 374, I am able to get this in a state where the f7 key keeps saying, unarmed, even though the last track recorded is still armed. It will not disarm.
Likewise, the other f keys, such as f6 and f8 no longer toggle their statuses. They just repeat the same phrase with each key press, and nothing changes.
When reaper starts up, this is not the case. but, after I record a couple items on a track and, whether this is significant or not, Go into multi-select mode with shift+space bar, it gets to be the case rather quickly.
I don't remember seeing this before.
  Anybody else seeing this?

I noticed that when you select an effect through reaaccess, the parameters are now numbered. This eliminates the possibility of having first letter navigation, and it is impossible to navigate by number if you are trying to change a parameter whose asigned number contains more than 1 digit. Not to gripe, but I found things easier when no numbers existed.
