[RWP] the new i/o dialog

I can't exactly figure out how these work, or how they should.
The controls are obvious, but to define a track as a send or return isn't possible.  You still need to go to the proper context minue  to set that up, and that means there are also 0 options in the hardware portion of this dialogs options.
It also appears this way for the master track.
Is there something wrong with the configuration on my end, or am I misunderstanding the point of this new feature?
Granted, i love the fact that you can change sends to pre-fade, post effect, etc.  So that's cool.
