[RWP] Browsing MIDI patches in Reaper

Hello all,
I am an audio guy for the most part and need access to MIDI very rarely. 
However, on this particular occasion I wanted to play with a MIDI synth 
only to find out that there seems to be no way to browse through the 
patches?
I am sure I must be wrong but I just can't find how to do this in the 
latest version of Reaper.
Anyone, please?
