[RWP] Reaper Isn't Seeing All My VSTI Plugs

I had a similiar issue, but in my case ijust chalked it up to some of
the plugs being older 32bit blugins and i am using windows 7 64bit.
In my case these were plug ins that were probably madein the 98/Me
time frame and i know they work on XP, but no luck with  them in
windows 7 64bit.
