[RWP] playing audio from Youtube on a different sound card

If using IE, or I believe recent builds of Firefox 4, you can redirect
the audio from your web browser to a different sound device using an
application called IndieVolume:
www.indievolume.com
Once its installed and running, simply open it from the system menu of
whatever application you wish to change the output device of.
