[RWP] Streaming Reaper

There is actually an Icecast/shoutcast compatible VST plugin, called 
ShoutVST, which you could patch to a track receiving audio (or master 
track,) but it has some issues. It doesn't save your server 
configuration, for example, and you can't just save them as a preset, 
although it sure looks like you should be able to do it.
you have to enter server host, password, select bitrate (defaults to 
very low quality ogg) each time you launch the thing.
It also really hates dropping connections, and sometimes skips in fun 
ways on the stream, and can break local archiving of recording tracks to 
disk, or bouncing realtime output from the master track.

So, it's a good idea if it were just a bit better implemented.

I have used it a couple of times in combination with a bunch of soft 
processing as just a straight streaming client, but, as I said before, 
it has it's issues.

You may have better luck bridging the gap using asio4all and virtual 
audio cable, although that gets more complex. I've done this before, and 
it does work surprisingly well once it's all working.
