[RWP] Reaper records in mono?

Hi all,

Yall probably know where this question is headed, but in case you don't, here's the deal. I have my M-audio connected to my Win 7 laptop, and whenever I record in Reaper, it only records out of one channel, then transfers the mono signal to both channels. I thought it was a problem with my m-audio device, but when I went and checked the listen checkbox in recording devices, my pan controls on my mixer worked just fine. Any idea on how I can fix this? I don't want to record in the 1940's era, this is 2010 after all.
