[RWP] Cut and Copy

Even if you had that key map, reapers framework is very different than that
of a 2 track editor.
Make your selection, and press shift+S to split it in to an item of its own.
Navigate by items using control left and control right arrows until you're
on the item you just created. Use xontrol+x and control+c to cut or copy
respectively, and control+v to past, having navigated to the point where you
need the audio.
