[RWP] Cut and Copy

Hi!
One of the most important things in Reaper is item. You often have a few items on every track so the copy and paste procedure depends on item you have chosen.
1. select the track - up/down arrows;
2. select the item for copying  - Ctrl + Right/left arrows;
3. select the item's time you need - Shift + right/left arrows;
4. copy or cut.
now you can paste the selected part.
