[RWP] newbe with reaper, really stuck

Does Reaper support MME? All i see is Direct sound, asio, wdm, wav out, and 
dummy audio.
MME worked pretty well with VST Host, I got the lag down to around 40 or 50 
ms with absolutely no studdering or breaking up. Very clean sound and enough 
responsiveness that I could work with it, Although I'll still work on geting 
Asio to work.
