[RWP] newbe with reaper, really stuck

I don't think it is. There was an option called external timecode 
synchronization which was disabled.
I'll play with asio4all some more. Reaper isn't the only reason for wanting 
to use it,,,,,, I just hope if I can get it to work with other programs it 
will work with Reaper.
