[RWP] newbe with reaper, really stuck

I tried that asio driver, I still have it installed here but I can't get it
to work with any soundcard I've had with an program. I tried it with my slow
as crap desktop with a sound max, and my current card in this laptop, ITD
audio. I get no sound. I used to have a laptop with sigma tel, which it
worked somewhat with. There was still some delay (about 60ms I think) but it
was much better than MME or whatever it used.
I'm starting to think it's more than my inexperience with Reaper that's
causing these problems. I have a few other usb devices lying around, which
are probably better than this soundcard.
I'll let you know how things go in a bit.
