[RWP] Problem accessing track properties with F2?

you're getting exactly what should happen.  There is no track properties 
dialog technically.  You can, however press control+f2 for the source 
properties, or shift+f2 for item properties, assuming you've used 
control+left or control+right arrow to focus on an item.
In the world of sonar, and item is basically a clip.
