[RWP] newbe with reaper, really stuck

also to get reaaccess to do some things they had to change some of the
default reaper shortcut keys and thus some of reaaccess shortcut keys
are different so use the keyboard shortcut list provided by shift F1
to find the right keyboard shortcut  for the task u would like to
perform after reading about it in the reaper docs.
