[RWP] Setting track outputs

I get sends, and folders, but not receives.  if they are like returns on a 
board but given that you don't have to define a track to be a "receive" then 
what's the point of there existence?  Still a bit confused.
Working  on some audio tutorials and wouldn't want to glaze over a very 
obvious option.
