[RWP] step by step help

Easy there.
In all fairness, the manual was designed for those with site, so tells you 
how to do everything in mouse clicks.
The few keyboard shortcuts it gives ave been changed as a result of 
reaaccess to make things more logical.
So while it is great for telling someone how effects work, and what each one 
does, its kind of useless when it comes to telling you how to say... add 
them in the first place?
I'd put something together, but to do an audio version of the manual, I 
honestly couldn't justify putting that much time and supporting the tutorial 
with updates and the like unless I had some sort of insentive to do so.
