Hi!
Yes, there some VSTI drums accessible in Reaper.
Addictive drums by XLN Audio,
Superior 2 and it's little brother,
And at least Groove Agent by Steinberg.
I named a few but they are excelent.
You need mouse cursors for using thes modules and some skills are required but everybody is able to overcome some obstacles of VST interfaces of these drums.
There is another, the easiest way - using of SoundFont drums withSynthfont, but here you have some difficulties of MIDI track construction.
This is just my own experience,may be somebody eles will give you other hints.
