[RWP] Reaaccess with 64 bit and Window eyes?

Well just to set your mind at ease man, it usually works perfectly.
There are a couple of people running it with Reaper 64 and apparently
all is good.  One of those people helped test the automated installer,
and is still on this list I believe.
