[RWP] Can ReaAccess announce movement in other units as well as measures/beats?

Hi Jinseng,

Ok, let me give you an example to follow step by step so you can see
the inconsistency.

When you've got a file imported, try this:
1. Choose view > time selection for rulers - minutes : seconds.
2. Use Ctrl+j to jump to a specific time, let's say 1 minute. Now, if
you use Alt+Shift+J, your screen reader will say 1 min, and you'll
think perfect, but here's the problem.
3. Use Alt+Shift+[ and Alt+shift+] to set start and end selection
points somewhere around 1 minute.
4. Now, when you use [ and ] to move between start and end of
selection, you'll hear that your screen reader announces the
measures/beats as the cursor arrives at each location instead of
reporting the minutes : seconds value.

I know, it is possible to ignore the minutes : seconds values that are
announced, then use Alt+Shift+J again in each location if you need
that value, but it would be less keystrokes and more efficient if
ReaAccess switched to announcing minutes : seconds automatically when
we choose a different selection for ruler or for the project time
base. The one keystroke that shouldn't change no matter what the time
base is set too is ctrl+shift+j, as it is meant to state
measures/beats specifically.

Does it make more sense now?
