[RWP] fxb files?

To load an fxb or fxp file:

1. load up the vst plugin (if you're not sure how to do this, i'll send instructions.)
2. make sure it is selected in the list of effects, then hit tab until you get to the + button. It doesn't have any other label, and most screen readers should read it as plus button.
3. Click on this button with your screen reader's review cursor, object navigator, or whatever you need to do. This is necessary since space will still start playback.
4. in the menu, select "load patch / bank". A standard file open dialog should appear allowing you to select an fxb or fxp file.

I haven't tested this on anything that actually works, but it definitely should. There's also an option to save the patch or bank that you have loaded.
