[RWP] need help

Hey Oriol,
it seems, the simpliest way of making selection is setting loop points. Please, go to the beginning of the fragment with navigation commands or with Ctrl + J. Then use Alt + [ and do the same for the end of fragment - Alt + ].
You'll have looped fragment selected and ready for any future operation.
