face="Times New Roman">Terri has been unable to fulfill her role as a group 1
member and has decided to drop out. This decision was made after a series of
communications she and I have had. I think this is a good decision at this time,
and she has expressed an interest in joining a group in the future. </FONT></P>

face="Times New Roman">We now have a membership of five. We had a loss of one
member in Group 2, and it was decided to keep the group number at five. This has
worked well. You will have to decide what works best for group 1.</FONT></P>
