            got the singing dectalk for someone and used it, i got
            command error in phoneme when i tell dectalk to  read the
            happy birhtday sample. maybe i hav setup dectalk incorrectly
            with nvda? first install the add on, next copy
            symbols-en.dic to %appdata%\nvda and delete builtin.dic in
            c:\program files (x86)\nvda  and restart nvda! is it
            correct?</p>
