DecTalk Express hardware synthesizer on this new pc. This new pc does have a
serial port.</FONT></DIV>

windows XP system, but can't locate the software/firmware I need in order to
install it on my new pc (Windows 7 64bit). If I remember, I think it was 4.2C or
