did, I probably wouldn't use them, since I doubt they would implement
a voice creation system. Not even Dectalk really had such a thing, the closest

is totally degrading to Dennis Klatt and everything he worked for. I am
well known for my work with Dectalk. Please, let it be known that I do
not support this release, nor do I wish to be associated with this SAPI in any
way. This in my opinion is garbage and will be a very big disappointment
to those who know and love Dectalk and expect all the features that Dectalk
