<DIV>I recently purchased a DECTalk USB. It is definately a step--several steps backwards in comparison to the PC or Express. Don't know how they managed this, but the speech is very mechanical and reminds me of the Street Electronics Echo IIB and Cricket synths from back in the '80s.</DIV>
