[DECtalk] DECtalk 4.99 and user dictionaries

Hi,

I've downloaded and am using the SAPI5 version of DECtalk 4.99 from
datajake.braillescreen.net.

I've used DECtalk for quite a few years, though I've never tried
experimented with user dictionaries before, however I've grown tired of
DECtalk not being able to say my name correctly.

So, is it possible to create a user dictionary and use it with this DECtalk
4.99 SAPI5, and if so, how would I do it?
