[DECtalk] Can I Increase the Fidelity?

Do you mean changing the sample rate?
The only version that lets you do this is DECtalk 4.99 on GitHub.
That version lets you run DECtalk at 22 kHz (DECtalk used a sample rate of
11 kHz), but be warned that it's not really the greatest, as all it does is
increase the high frequencies of consonants.
Still though, if you want to hear how it sounds, I'm attaching two WAV
files to this message.
