[DECtalk] decTalk sapi5 idea

Hi,

 

Is there anyone on this list who would know enough to modify Jake's as in
Jake Gross's IBM-tts sapi5 interface on github so instead of loading
IBM-tts, it would load a decTalk dll and dtalk_us.dic of your choosing? The

It looks like he just modified some Microsoft stuff to make it work and you
install it with a bat file and running a command. I downloaded the source,
but I'm not sure what I have to change to get his sapi5 interface to load
for example: 

decTalk441.dll

and

dtalk_us.dic

 

instead of:

 

eci.dll

 

for IBM-tts.
