clearly intended for the list.  especially since the plan explains why 
other   tests are failing.

Hello:

This is a 16bit version of a Dectalk speak window that is only made for 
windows95 or NT.  I am doing my best to get a hold of Jake Grosses Virtual 
machine of win95.  Then I will mount the iso file I created of the speak 
window to the virtual machine as a drive, and finally run it through the 
windows95 operating system from there.  Anything other than windows95 or NT 
will not run the software.
