[DECtalk] DecTalk Express User Dictionary

Hi,

Unfortunately I don't know of a way to send a custom dictionary to the 
DECtalk Express. It was easy with the old PC cards because all the 
software had to be loaded from scratch at each powerup anyway, but the 
Express has the speech software installed into Flash memory.
