The cost for each Voxygen SAPI voice is the other reason I wonder if anyone
uses the SAPI version. I think 39.99 euros is at least $50 u.S.

+1 to this question from me. I have used their voices on Android previously,
and over there they were honestly quite impressive. If I recall the
responsiveness was on the level of the smaller formant engines like
Eloquence, so if the Windows voices are anything like that it'd be a good
option now that innoetics has gone poof. That being said, because they want
40 euros for one voice, versus the 1 or 2 euros you had to pay on Android, I
haven't yet decided to take the plunge and try them out.

Hi,
Does anyone on this list use voices made by French company Voxygen?
Specifically, the Voxygen SAPI voices available on
http://www.best-of-vox.com/
If so, do the English-speaking voices work well with Windows screen readers?
I know Voxygen offers French, Spanish and Italian voices as well as U.K. and
U.S. English. I can only understand English.
I am asking about Voxygen voices because best-of-vox.com site makes me
somewhat nervous about purchasing their voices. This is due to no contact
methods on the site except following the company on Facebook/Twitter. I'm
interested in knowing if anyone on this list uses Voxygen SAPI voices.
