Hello, I wanted to determine whether it is possible to install the DecTalk USB into NVDA2016.3? I downloaded an add-on from Jeff's NVDA add-on repository but I was not sure how to use it as when I went into the NVDA manager after extracting the folders from the zip file, NVDA could not find a file to install. Thank you in advance for any responses
