[DECtalk] witch speak windows for dectalk is accessible?

Hi,

i am learning how to play with dectalk but i cannot use it with nvda to 
sing! so i think i'll use the speak window.exe but i can only type 
text.i cannot preview it. is there any work around? using jaws/nvda
