[DECtalk] a quick question

Hi,

Moderator here. As far as I'm concerned, discussion of any speech 
synthesizer is welcome here. I called this list DECtalk Discussions when 
I created it because at that time DECtalk was just about the only thing 
that could sing that we knew of, and that was the primary interest of a 
lot of us at that time.
