[DECtalk] Fwd: [orca-list] new text to speech project based on Festival Lite

 From my initial reading of the homepage, it looks the same as FLite to me, 
but I haven't played with the sources yet. I would be interested in opinions 
of this.

The developers seem to be striving to achieve a high quality of speech. It
isn't clear what the differences from Festival Lite (Flite) are, but this
project may be worth watching.
