[DECtalk] Obtaining all the TruVoice languages

they were free while they were available.  A couple things actually.  
first, there was never a british version of them. Secondly, as mentioned 
earlier, with the zoomtext product, they were included, but there would 
be some sort of incryption box in order to use the engines.  This 
sounded no different in terms of american english then the LH version, 
accept that on some words, the emphasys was a bit different.
