[DECtalk] Obtaining all the TruVoice languages

A question--are you referring to the tts3000 engine? This was also 
written by L&H, and sounds quite similar. It has two voices for each 
language, and the files to install them are in the archive share (and I 
can post them). If you're referring to something else, however, let me 
know and I'll do my best.
