[DECtalk] an article I wrote

Hi all,

Some years ago I wrote a blog post about Dectalk and list member Snoopi
Botten. I updated the article today to improve it. Since songs are the
primary reason I use DT, I also posted a song which I programmed. As I
stated in the article, the song writer encouraged me to program the Dectalk
