[DECtalk] 7z with modified speak windows is up.

In some languages, actually in most, the way of indicating a shortcut
or access key via the alt key is with an & symbol before the letter. A
button declaration could look like
button play, &play
or
button play, p&lay

This isn't real code, just something you could see in some form. In
the first example the P is indicated by the &, and in the second the L
is.
So you hit alt-p or alt-l.
