[DECtalk] I found multilingual truvoice

How do I make the multilingual TrueVoice talk? It does not show up as a SAPI
version 4synthesizer in TextAloud or NVDA after installation. Also a note
for those who have not installed this yet: The default installation folder
is the Windows folder. I made the mistake of installing to c:\program files
(x86) without also listing a subfolder for storing the synthesizer files.
Lesson learned. Since it didn't show up in Uninstall a Program listing of
Windows 7, I had to delete the TrueVoice files manually for removal. If I
must install the synth to c:\windows for it to talk, I won't install it
again. I'm not comfortable with a program installing itself to the Windows
folder!

I can't comment on French, German, or Italian, but the English and
Spanish languages here are probably the worst thing I have heard. I hope
you guys find them useful, but I plan to run far far away from TruVoice.
