[DECtalk] eloquence and Chinese

This is pure speculation, but all of those fouls the languages say at the beginning almost sound like someone saying “trial”. If you get the eloquence speak window from Jake’s site, that version doesn’t have this problem. Those eastern eloquence languages are really rare, so maybe Nuance, and all the companies before them were charging people extra to get access to them, and code factory accidentally included trial copies of those languages.
