[DECtalk] some very very great news

ON a sidenote, the softvoice add on can handle commands sent to it in a 
similar way. You have to add the left and right double braces to the 
symbols dictionary manually though, to said the preservation to always 
there as well, and you can then pass commands to softvoice.
