[DECtalk] a Dectalk question from Snoopi

It would be easy for me to write such a program, but I should first
ascertain how you would like it done. I assume that either you would
just like me to insert a word into the speak window? Or would you prefer
me to have a program automatically create a wave file of each word in a
dictionary? How large a database should I use? If you have one, I can
just use that, or I have some word lists of my own that could be
effective. Any of these can be easily written if you desire it, but I
just need the program spec so I know what to do.
