[DECtalk] the cause of electronic beeps in dectalk?

I assume you dislike the voices available on OS X for voiceOver. If you 
would like, I could allow dectalk to function with voiceOver. The system 
has precedent, but is not yet written. Would you like me to create this 
system? Also, what problems do you have with the macintalk system now?
