[DECtalk] DT 5.0

Coolsky. Thanks for the updates guys.

Not trying to be naggy, just curious as to the speech. I know there
was a DT5 for Linux a while ago, but I could never get it to build
since there was an error in the install.sh file. Even after fixing it,
it wouldn't build and install. Such is life I guess.
