[DECtalk] need help with dectalk 4.3 demo

Hello, I am sorry, I forgot checking the mails, so being so late in
replying, however, I wrote some scripts in 2012, for speak 4.3, see if
they helps any of you. Thank you.
Please let me know for fixes, I shall try my best.
