[DECtalk] some questions

Given that Snoopi hasn't seen most of the list messages, I should inform 
him that the BTSync archive is still up and running and actually adding 
content. I will make a copy of this, attempt to remove objectionable 
material, and send it on to you if that's ok with you guys.
Dectalk 4.6.4 also contains an Italian speak window, which I can 
separate from the all languages archive we've got in the BTSync and send 
on as well. If you include the fonixTalk speak window (which cannot be 
separated), there are also Chinese and Korean. I do not speak Korean, 
but trust me that the Chinese is the worst speech synthesis for that 
language I have ever heard. The pronunciation is appalling, and the 
speech quality is miles behind even the English fonixTalk (and that's 
saying something).
