[DECtalk] Elan sayso demo

I first found it on a Polish forum years ago, then lost the file, then 
found it again on a russian one. The original link, which was also 
hosted on Dropbox is now dead but I managed to find it on one of my drives.
To your second question, no, but I do know the person who created it who 
wants to remain anonymous. I just helped with testing, sent the links 
out and occasionally prodded development forward. It actually still 
needs work but said person "can't be bothered" right now... So we'll see.
