[DECtalk] dolphin orpheus version 2

Dolphin started work on Orpheus in the 90’s, they had experience from making synths thanks to the Jumo and Apollo. After coming out with Orpheus 2, they sold the rights to Meridian and he continued development. There were supposed to be things like an SDK coming out for the newer meridian version, but no idea what happened to it. The version of Orpheus bundled with current versions of Super nova is Orpheus 2, it also doesn’t include the more human voices for some reason though they can still be downloaded from Dolphin’s website.
